VICKIE OPPOSES Legislation Restricting Voter Initiatives

Any legislation aimed at restricting or eliminating voter initiatives is a denial of the voting rights of Idahoans, AS GUARANTEED IN THE STATE CONSTITUTION.

The voters of Idaho have the right to petition for new or amended laws. Current legislation has been aimed at assuring Voter Initiatives will be nearly impossible to bring to the ballot.
